About tyndrumwhisky.com
Long ago, in the beginning. The Gosdens sold their Edinburgh house, cashed in their pensions, and moved to Tyndrum lock, stock, and barrel (1965). Indeed, there was a lot of deliberation and debate involved. Upon viewing the property (from the crossroads), Betty and Les were greeted by the most spectacular Tyndrum spectacle: low clouds, zero visibility, and that characteristic Tyndrum rain. Are you attractive? Unfortunately, no. Are you willing to uproot your family and give up your job as a manager and your lovely house in Edinburgh? Maybe. On the second visit sold it to them. While they were visiting May and Dig Gosden, they received a second opinion. They could see the village from the crossroads that day, at least!
As you look down on the village, you wonder what Betty and Les saw all those years ago. Was it in their plans to expand, improve, and change the name? Most importantly, we will still be in business in 2013, with the third generation of the family managing our ever-changing company. I know Les found that it would be geographically impossible to bypass Tyndrum. The main road junction, two railway stations and surrounding mountains made the location perfect. He had a point.

Highland Park 15-Year-Old, Viking Heart This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Fresh pineapple with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest opens with rich and spicy notes of creme brulee, heather honey, and crumbled cinnamon. Aromatic waves of peat smoke linger with citrus and vanilla notes. In addition to freshly baked sponge cake, you'll find toasted shards of cinnamon, this time along with hints of fresh-baked sponge cake.
Best Product Reviews
Despite being excellent, this sherried whiskey is overpriced.
Sherried scotch whisky is Highland Park's latest single malt. A dry smokiness emerges on the finish, and the whiskey is presented in a beautifully crafted ceramic decanter. There is only one drawback: the reasonably steep price. It has a Rating: of 85% · 170 reviews.
